A forum on "The role of education and innovation in the career development of young people" was held at NSU

On April 24 at Nakhchivan State University within the framework of the "Year of the Constitution and Sovereignty" "The role of education and innovation in the career development of young people" forum passed. 
The forum was organized by the partnership of Nakhchivan State University and the Youth Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the Youth Development and Career Center. The forum, which was attended by the organizer and heads of state institutions, university teaching staff, aimed to increase legal literacy, civic responsibility and attachment to national values among young people.

First, the memory of National Leader Heydar Aliyev and our martyrs was commemorated with a minute of silence, and the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was played.

 Rector of Nakhchivan State University Elbrus Isayev, who delivered the opening speech at the event, highly appreciated the organization of the forum, the relevance of the topic and the importance of the discussions conducted in this direction, and noted that such meetings are kept in mind at the university. Rector said that it is important to support student initiatives for a career, and the university offers a wide range of opportunities for this, as well as successful results. The activities of student organizations Student Youth Organization (STU), Student Scientific Society (STU) and Student Trade Union Committee (STU) are successful. The ENACTUS team of the university won the "Enactus Azerbaijan National Competition" 5 times in a row and represented our country in the world championship. Two new student organization memberships European Medical Students Association (EMSA) and European Lawyer Students Association (ELSA) have been approved at the University. Last year, our students won 8 grant competitions, were selected as "Student Youth Organization of the Year" in Azerbaijan several years in a row and were awarded a special award. The chairman of the TGT of the university was awarded the President's Award for Youth.  All these are incentives for young people, and the university has young people working in the management team today. 14.0pt"> Azer Aliyev made a speech and shared information about the Youth strategy, which is being followed for consistent development in the country. He drew attention to the creation of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the establishment of February 2 Youth Day in Azerbaijan, the law "On Youth Policy" and various state programs related to youth. Azer Aliyev talked about the importance of education and innovation to support the professional development of young people in a rapidly digitalizing world. The panel discussion on "perspectives" continued with Education Minister of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Elkhan Najafov, Executive Minister of Youth and Sports of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Deputy Minister Majid Seyidov, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic acting deputy minister Farid Bagyrzadeh and deputy minister of digital development and transport of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, acting minister Rahid Alakbarli spoke on the topic and exchanged views. In the speeches, the speakers emphasized the importance of education and innovation in the professional development of young people, drew attention to the opportunities created in this field by the projects implemented in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, and talked about fundamental challenges in the career development of young people. Young people asked questions on the topics they were interested in and received detailed answers.
