In the memorandum, linking the teaching process with scientific research, strengthening the integration of science and education, forming the practical knowledge, skills and habits necessary for research and professional activity in students and graduates, applying scientific innovations in the field of biology in the teaching process, teaching leading specialists in relevant fields involving in the process, conducting joint scientific researches, researching the geographical areas of endemic species spread in the flora of Nakhchivan, conducting international and joint scientific researches to clarify their places of origin, collecting plant samples, implementing joint scientific research projects to clarify and evaluate their modern taxonomic structure, etc. have been reflected.
