A new office for Human resources and legal department has been opened at NSU

        For the Human Resources and Legal Departmentfor new office launched. Favorable conditions have been created for the daily activities of the chair in the new work environment. In order to organize the chair's activities more efficiently, a separate interview room was also created in the new space. This room is intended for conducting individual and committee meetings with candidates in the recruitment process, conducting staff selection based on transparent and professional criteria, as well as organizing service conversations and individual meetings with employees. At the same time, a comfortable service environment has been created for receiving and registering documents, submitting application samples, listening to employees' appeals and directing them accordingly. 

During the opening, it was noted that the Human Resources and Legal Department is one of the important structural units in the management system of the university. The department performs important functions in the direction of recruitment of employees, personnel accounting, formalization of labor contracts, preparation of job instructions, support for compliance with the requirements of labor legislation, internal disciplinary issues and ensuring the legal activities of the university.
