A seminar on "Advantages, changes and prospective plans of civil service" was held at Nakhchivan State University

A seminar on "Advantages of civil service, changes and prospective plans" was organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the higher educational institution. The final year students of the university participated in the event.

Nakhchivan State University Vice Rector for Teaching and Education Rafig Rahimov gave a speech and informed about the opportunities, development prospects and current innovations of the civil service for young professionals. Emphasizing the important role of civil service in society, he urged students to take advantage of future career opportunities in this field.

The head of the career, experience and work with graduates section of Nakhchivan State University, Aynura Seyidova, spoke about the importance of civil service in the employment of graduates and opportunities in this field. He noted that public service not only provides stable work and social security, but also creates wide prospects for youth to develop their skills and actively participate in the country's management system. People working in this field are provided with stable salary, social security, career advancement and professional development opportunities. Speaking about the changes in the civil service, the head of the chair said that the main goal of the implemented reforms is to make the public administration system more transparent and effective. Talking about prospective plans, Rauf Aliyev pointed out that in the future, various training programs will be organized to increase the knowledge and skills of civil service workers, and special initiatives are planned to attract young professionals to civil service.>
