The concert dedicated to the 103rd anniversary of the birth of National Leader Heydar Aliyev was held with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Autonomous Republic of Nakhchivan and the Nakhchivan State University, organized by the Nakhchivan State Philharmonic.
