An employee of the National Observatory was trained at NSU

The training was conducted by Elvira Sadygova, head of the training organization and coordination chair of the National Observatory on Labor Market and Social Protection Issues under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Azerbaijan, at the Master's and Doctorate Center of Nakhchivan State University. The training covered the topic of "Individual career planning". The event was attended by Shahin Aliyev, the teacher and students of the Faculty of Economics.

The director of the education department, Shahin Aliyev, made a speech and emphasized the importance of the university's cooperation with the National Observatory. He said that it is planned to implement joint projects and trainings within the framework of the memorandum. He emphasized that the purpose of the trainings is to support and contribute to the formation of students in accordance with the labor market. He noted that the concept of career is not limited only to the choice of profession, but is closely related to lifestyle, values ​​and personal goals. During the training, students were given practical advice on how to discover their individual skills, how to correctly define their goals, and what steps to take in this direction.
