An event dedicated to the commemoration day of National Leader Heydar Aliyev was held at Nakhchivan State University

An event called "December 12 - Memorial Day of National Leader Heydar Aliyev" was organized at Nakhchivan State University.

First, a review of the book exhibition called "Heydar Aliyev - a genius who lives forever in hearts" in the Scientific Library of the university was held. In the first part of the exhibition, which consists of two sections, books, magazines, conference materials, miniature publications reflecting the life and activities of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev were displayed, and in the second part, various newspaper materials were displayed. genius", "Teaching of statehood and law of Heydar Aliyev", "Celebration of time and national memory", "Heydar Aliyev's stage in the history of Azerbaijan", "Sun of eternity" are included. In addition, on the occasion of "Heydar Aliyev - 100", the special edition of the "Scientific works" magazine of Nakhchivan State University, the materials of "Khalq", "Sharq katysi", "Iki sahil", "Azerbaijan" newspapers and the "Yeni fikir" newspaper of NSU were presented at the exhibition. At the same time, books and articles authored by university employees were included in the exhibition exposition. The event was continued at the Faculty of Arts. Here, teachers and students viewed an exhibition of more than 50 examples of painting, decorative and applied art and sculpture dedicated to the memory of the National Leader.

Nakhchivan State University Rector Elbrus Isayev made a speech and spoke about the honorable life path of the genius Heydar Aliyev, his unparalleled services to the Motherland and the people. The Rector emphasized that the National Leader left indelible marks in the history of statehood during his leadership of the country. The strategic policy implemented by him plays an important role in determining the development direction of our country even today. It was noted that the successes achieved by Azerbaijan in domestic and foreign policy under the leadership of Supreme Commander-in-Chief Mr. Ilham Aliyev are the continuation of the visionary policy of the National Leader.

Nakhchivan State University Trade Union Committee Chairman Aziz Gasimov noted in his speech that Heydar Aliyev successfully managed our country as a global political leader at various historical stages. He said that the genius leader's wisdom, loyalty to national interests and political will are always remembered with respect in the memory of the Azerbaijani people. He noted that the activities carried out at Nakhchivan State University in this direction are of great importance for the formation of young people and their future careers.
