Rector of the higher educational institution Elbrus Isayev, who spoke at the meeting, highly appreciated the activities of the fund created for students. He noted that providing access to education for students is a special opportunity created by the fund for students. The chairman of the board of the Education Student Loan Fund, Araz Pashayev, gave extensive information about the foundation's history and purpose. It was stated that the main goal of creating the fund is to create equal opportunities for the education of people from the low-income strata of the population and to expand the scope of education. Araz Pashayev noted that under the slogan "Paid education is now more accessible", the annual tuition fees of students studying on a paid basis are paid by the fund. It was emphasized that the types of education student loans, the requirements for obtaining student loans, the right to use the loan, the requirements for granting the loan and the applied discounts were determined. There are social and standard types of education student loan. Araz Pashayev added that if the student's parents do not work or if there is a disability in groups, that student can use the social student loan. All students who do not have academic debt can use the standard education student loan. Araz Pashayev noted that 17 thousand of the 33 thousand students who applied to the fund during the 5 semesters are female students. At the same time, it is more accessible for female students to study in our country. Speaking at the meeting, the adviser on economic issues of the rector of Nakhchivan State University Ulvi Bakhishli said that the composition of the commission on TTKF in the higher education institution from the 2021-2022 academic year was determined and started to operate, and meetings with students were organized and conditions were created for their registration. Thus, during the last period, a total of 699 students applied for loans, of which 165 were social loans, and 424 were standard loans, and 589 students' loans were formalized. The loan amount is given not directly to the student, but to the institution of higher education. If the loan cannot be repaid for any reason, the student is given the right to deferment. Finally, the questions of interest to the students have been clarified. width="489" height="326">
