Elbrus Isayev, rector of NSU, was elected an honorary professor of the International Academy of Sciences of the Turkic World Studies

Rector of Nakhchivan State University, Elbrus Isayev, was awarded the title of honorary professor of the International Academy of Sciences of the Turkic World Studies.

The honorary professor diploma was presented based on the decision of the Scientific General Council of the International Academy of Sciences of the Turkic World Studies.

In the document, Elbrus Isayev's excellent services to the science and education of the Turkic world, as well as his contributions to the development of Turkish-Azerbaijani fraternal relations, were specially emphasized.

It was stated in the diploma that Elbrus Isayev was elected an honorary professor of the Academy and that this honorary title covers the rights established by international regulations.
