"Electronic exam" prepared by Nakhchivan State University employees was awarded the copyright certificate

Head of the Chair of Information Technologies of NSU Huseyn Asgarli and the engineer-programmer of that department Ramil Salayev created for the purpose of electronic implementation of semester exams and mid-term evaluations (collegium) in higher educational institutions. A certificate was issued by the Property Agency.

The "Electronic Exam" program is a software developed in Azerbaijani language based on the developed algorithm and programming language. The program, which works on the principle of a single window, consists of super administrator, administrator, tutor and student modules. Using the "Search" button in the program, it is possible to see the grades received by the student during the previous and current semester by entering the name and surname information.

This software provides automatic preparation of students' GPAs and scholarships. The program also prevents repeated questions from being placed in the electronic test bank, and at the same time, the system sends a warning email about repeated questions to the teacher who compiled the test question.

Each student who has to answer 50 questions with the help of a computer within a certain time, immediately after confirming that he has finished the exam, the student receives information about his exam result and after the exam, he can see the correct answers to the questions.

In the program, it is possible to see the IP number of the computer where the student took the exam, statistics about the questions he answered, and also the statistics of the permissions granted to the student in the exam system. Written and oral exam results are entered into the program by faculty tutors at the end of each day. Daily, monthly and annual exam reports are prepared automatically by the system.
