In NSU, a training was held on the mechanisms of influence of international accreditation in higher education

Professor of Black Sea Technical University Faruk Yildirim at Nakhchivan State University was trained on the topic "Influence mechanisms of accreditation in shaping the international vision of academic units of higher education institutions".

In training the essence of the concept of international accreditation, its impact on the academic structure and management, as well as the role of the accreditation process in increasing the international reputation of universities are explained. The quality assurance and accreditation models applied within the framework of the Higher Education Quality Board (YÖKAK) in Turkey were presented with real institutional experiences.

Professor  Faruk Yildirim emphasized the importance of internal quality assurance, strategic planning, continuous improvement and approval-oriented management in the formation of the international vision of academic units. It was stated that accreditation is not only an evaluation, but also a continuous process that serves institutional development and the formation of academic culture.

At the end, questions of interest to the training participants were answered.
