Mandal, President of the Turkish Academy of Sciences Muzaffer Şeker, UNICA (Network of Universities of European Capitals) Sorin Kostrei, Secretary General of the State Security Council Lazar Comanescu spoke and emphasized that science is as important as peace, and that economic, political and academic cooperation is very important in our modern era, when the issues of global security and digital transformation are becoming urgent. Thus, complementary economic and academic organizations such as the State Council of State of Ukraine and the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science serve the listed missions. >          After the opening event, panel discussions of the conference began. The conference continued under the management of moderators in the sessions titled "Ensuring informed decision-making in society and the role of universities", "New agenda of peace in the expanded Black Sea Region and reforming regional cooperation institutions".
