Nijat Yagubov was appointed vice-rector for social affairs and public relations of Nakhchivan State University

The Minister of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan Emin Amrullayev signed an order in this regard.

Doctor of Philology, Associate Professor Nicat Yagubov before that, he was an associate professor of the "Azerbaijani language and literature" chair of Nakhchivan State University,  He worked as the chairman of the Trade Union Committee of Nakhchivan State University.
