NSU students achieved success in the interuniversity clinical-practical Olympiad

The students of Nakhchivan State University successfully participated in the interuniversity clinical-practical Olympiad dedicated to the International Nurses Day, "Shoulder-to-Shoulder for Medicine", jointly organized by the Azerbaijan Medical University and the Baku branch of the First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenov. "VIRTUS" team represented. The team captained by Munavvar Aliyeva showed high results and was awarded the 3rd place.

At the first stage of the Olympiad, which consists of three stages, the participants were evaluated by the online test method. At this stage, teams were formed on the basis of students who showed high results.

The second stage called "Captains competition" was evaluated over 100 points. The stage consisted of "Battle of the wits" Kahoot stage, "Mysterious questions of medicine" and "Business card" presentation. During the competition, the participants' quick thinking, operative decision-making, medical logic, creativity and presentation skills were tested. At this stage, the clinical thinking, practical skills and decision-making abilities of the students were evaluated.

According to the final results, the "VIRTUS" team of Nakhchivan State University won the third place and was awarded with a diploma and a cash prize of 1200 manats.
