On October 24 the presentation of the textbook "Criminalistics" authored by Ilgar Mirzayev, a teacher of the "Special Law" department at Nakhchivan State University, and a judge of the Supreme Court of Nakhchivan MR, took place.

At the opening of the event The rector of the university, Elbrus Isayev, made a speech and noted the great interest in the field of jurisprudence, and said that in recent years, high indicators have been observed in the results of admission to the higher education institution in the field of jurisprudence. The rector emphasized that the competition is high, therefore the attention is paid to the comprehensive preparation of students who will become lawyers of the future studying in the auditorium today. In order to create conditions for their production experience, a cooperation memorandum was signed with various law enforcement agencies, and it is planned to open an English-speaking group for this specialty in the near future. He noted that criminology plays an important scientific basis in legal assessment and called the presented book a reliable source.

In his speech, Ismayil Hajiyev, Chairman of ANAS Nakhchivan Department, pointed out that criminology is a field of science that develops over time and adapts to the legal and cultural changes of the society, and in this direction, he valued the preparation of new publications as a necessary and commendable initiative. deputy head, teacher of the "Special Law" department Emin Aliyev, teacher of the "General Law" department Tofig Huseynov and Chairman of the Student Scientific Society Yusif Mirzazadeh shared his opinion about the textbook. It is noted that the book consists of 4 chapters and 35 paragraphs and covers the main sections of forensic science - general provisions, techniques, tactics and methodology. Emin Aliyev, a teacher of the "Special Law" department, gave detailed information about the methodological tools, modern criminalistic technical equipment and other necessary material and technical base available in the "Forensic Expertise and Criminalistics Laboratory". It was stated that the possibilities of the laboratory are used in the formation of practical knowledge, skills and habits of students. The methods of dealing with and working with a stero-microscope are taught, the researches conducted with the microscope are transferred to other computers with a distribution computer, and students are also allowed to follow the researches conducted virtually. Also, students are taught the methods of working with traces, the correct use of technical and forensic tools, the habits of dealing with submitted documents, as well as practical knowledge in the direction of developing knowledge and skills in the implementation of investigative actions. align="right">Badam Aliyeva
