Presentation of the textbook "Responsibility centers and segmental reporting" was held at NSU

Teymur Abbasov, head of the "Accounting and Finance" chair of Nakhchivan State University, presented a textbook entitled "Responsibility centers and segmental reporting".

The rector of the university, Elbrus Isayev, said at the event that the presentation of textbooks, textbooks and monographs in various fields has already become a tradition at the university. Rector emphasized that the increase of scientific publications is one of the main requirements of the scientific strategy of the higher education institution. Elbrus Isayev recommended that the new textbook be offered as an elective subject and wished the author success in his scientific activity. The Rector also noted that the "Research Center" is planned to be established at the Faculty of Economics and Management. In this center, students and researchers will conduct research, and holding research-oriented classes will have a positive effect on the quality of classes. The abundance of textbooks has a significant impact on the development of students' scientific knowledge and analytical skills. The dean emphasized that the efficient organization and management of responsibility centers plays an important role in the business environment, and conducting local scientific research on this topic is of great importance for the country's economy. management" department head Javadkhan Gasimov, deputy executive director of the Azerbaijan State Center for Analysis and Communication of Economic Reforms Ramil Huseyn, head of the "Economics and Marketing" chair of NSU Eltun Ibrahimov spoke and shared their views on the textbook. It was noted that the theoretical basis of responsibility centers and segmental reporting, cost financing, formation of transfer prices in the market economy, cost, income, profit and investment centers are explained in five chapters. The book is intended for bachelors, masters, doctoral students, as well as accountants, economists, managers, financiers and auditors.
