According to the cooperation agreement between IBM, the world's technology leader, and NDU, the IBM Center has been commissioned. Cooperation between higher education institutions of foreign countries has been strengthened. The organization of joint programs, the implementation of existing "dual diploma" programs, the mobility of teachers and students, the involvement of foreign professors in teaching, the improvement of the infrastructure of IELTS and SAT exam centers, and the admission of foreign students have been expanded.
