The autumn semester exams have started at NSU

The exam session of the fall semester of the 2025-2026 academic year at Nakhchivan State University has started on January 5. Examinations are organized and conducted according to the relevant order of the rector of the university, Elbrus Isayev.

Exams are mainly organized in two shifts, and the sequence of exams is determined according to the choice of students. Students get the exam schedules through the "E-table" mobile application, and the exam questions have been placed in their personal offices on the LMS platform since the beginning of the semester. Students are presented with 50 questions and have 1 hour to answer them. After the exam is completed, the system is closed by the supervisor and the result is immediately reflected in the student's personal account. The score is automatically recorded in the "My Subjects" section, and students can track their results from here.

During written exams, students are presented with special exam sheets with a QR code on them. This system is implemented for the purpose of transparency and objectivity. After the exam, the sheets are received by the supervisors and transferred to the responsible persons along the established inspection route.

Exams are conducted by the Examination Commission consisting of university employees with the participation of at least two supervisors in the examination halls of the faculty. The halls are equipped with modern technical equipment and surveillance cameras.

In order to ensure the transparency and efficiency of the session, the Examination Headquarters and the Appeals Commission operate in the university. The Appeals Commission responds to incoming appeals by examining them promptly and completely electronically.
