The examination session of the autumn semester continues at Nakhchivan State University
From January 6, the exam session of the fall semester of the 2024/2025 academic year has started at Nakhchivan State University. Examinations are organized and held based on the order of the rector of the university, Elbrus Isayev. The rector got acquainted with the progress of the exams and wished success to the students. Elbrus Isayev studied the opinions of students regarding the application of exams.
Within the session, up to 10,000 students will take exams in 80 specializations at the bachelor's level and 79 specializations at the master's level. The exams cover 3424 subjects. 2652 of them are written, 322 are oral, and 450 are conducted by electronic test method. The exams are mainly organized in two rounds and the order of the exams is determined according to the choice of the students. Students' examination schedules were presented to them through the "E-table" mobile application. At the same time exam questions have also been entered into students' personal cabinets via the LMS platform since the beginning of the semester. The tests of the exams to be conducted by the electronic test method were opened in the examination system until the end of December 2024 and presented to the students. At the end of that day, the exam results are sent to students' WhatsApp numbers and placed in their personal cabinets.
For information, we would like to inform you that an exam will be organized in early February 2025 for students who have incurred academic debt during the course of the exam in 2 subjects.
Exams are conducted by the Examination Commission consisting of university employees with a minimum of 2 supervisors in the examination hall for each faculty. All examination halls are equipped with the necessary equipment and cameras.
In order to ensure the transparency and efficiency of the session, the University has an Examination Headquarters and an Appeals Commission consisting of 9 people. The Appeals Commission promptly investigates the complaints received. All applications and responses are done completely electronically.
