II International conference "The role of technoparks in education and economic development" dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic took place at Nakhchivan State University. The importance of technoparks in the field of science and education and their development prospects were discussed at the event.
Nakhchivan State University vice-rector for science and innovation Elsever Asadov noted that more than 20 conferences covering various fields of science were organized within the framework of events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Independence. Today's conference is the second conference dedicated to technoparks. Technoparks are centers where innovative projects are implemented, creating a close connection between the industry and the university. Elsever Asadov also said that technoparks play an important role in integrating scientific research into the field of application. The scientific work carried out through the technopark centers is not limited to existing projects, but at the same time, it is planned to carry out new researches in this field in the future. In modern times, the establishment of technological parks on the campuses of higher education institutions is of great importance. From this point of view, Nakhchivan State University is one of the selected universities in our country.
Professor of Erzurum Ataturk University of the Republic of Turkey, Kerem Karabulut, said that the 21st century is the 4th industrial period in terms of technical industry. He said that this era, unlike the previous industrial eras, will be an era in which peoples who produce imagined and non-existent nuances will come to the fore. He said that the 4th industrial period will be based on more technologies and innovations. Kerem Karabulut noted that technological parks play an important role in the creation of new inventions and said that financial resources are necessary for the development of this field. According to the professor, technoparks are important platforms for the application of scientific research and development in the field of industry.
Doctor of philosophy in economics of Nakhchivan State University, professor Teymur Abbasov touched on the role of technological parks in the economy and the importance of analyzing innovative components. He noted that the importance of technological parks in the development of the economy is increasing more and more. In addition, the professor emphasized the importance of digital accounting in managing the economy. He emphasized how digital technologies ensure flexible and correct decision-making in various areas of the economy, including finance and accounting. He emphasized that technoparks are an important platform for developing both theoretical knowledge and technical skills of young people. The associate professor noted that technological parks contribute to the strengthening of cooperation in these two sectors by connecting the fields of industry and science. In his opinion, technoparks play an important role for modern societies in terms of the realization of innovative ideas and the application of new technologies. According to him, technoparks play an important role in creating new projects and creating competition among these projects by pushing young entrepreneurs forward. He said that technoparks are an ideal place for young generations to test themselves and show their skills.
