The national conference of medical students and young researchers dedicated to the 100th anniversary of independence was held at Nakhchivan State University

During the introduction to the Heydar Aliyev Museum, the guests were given detailed information about the photographs reflecting the honorable life path of the prominent statesman, stands dedicated to his childhood and youth, souvenirs and other valuable exhibits. the dear memory of our martyrs was commemorated with a minute of silence, the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was played.
Rector of Nakhchivan State University Elbrus Isayev expressed his pride in hosting such events as a result of effective collaboration with Azerbaijan Medical University. The rector said that interacting with the university with a rich history, benefiting from its experience, and participating in joint scientific events are important for the development of the Faculty of Medicine of NSU. Elbrus Isayev drew attention to the high state care given to the faculty, which has been providing the autonomous republic with personnel in the field of Medicine for 25 years. It was emphasized that one of the priority issues for Nakhchivan State University in the State Program for the socio-economic development of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic for 2023-2027 is the training of professional personnel for medical education, the strengthening of the material and technical base, the creation of a new teaching corps, and the provision of the activity of the research teaching clinic. Wishing success to the work of the conference, the Rector expressed his boundless faith in the development of joint cooperation.
