The next IELTS exam was held at Nakhchivan State University

On April 17-18, a computer-based academic IELTS exam was organized at the IELTS Registration and Examination Center operating under Nakhchivan State University. A total of 30 people participated in the two-day exam, including representatives of various institutions operating in the autonomous republic, students from different specialties of the university, teachers, candidates who plan to apply for doctoral studies and jobs at the International Cambridge School under NSU.  

IELTS exams aimed at increasing the professional skills of teachers and adapting them to the needs of the day, as well as developing language skills, allow the number of English-language majors in the university to increase.

The center, created for the first time among Azerbaijani higher education institutions at Nakhchivan State University, has been operating in cooperation with the British Council since April 2022. During this period, about 300 teachers, students and pupils have already taken international exams at the center.

Let's note that the preparation of all the questions used in the exam, the and evaluation of the exam are carried out by the British Council. The students and teachers who have achieved high results in the exams that have been held so far are dominated by students and teachers.
