Fuad Najafli noted that the past 21 years of development and progress of our 100-year history of autonomy is connected with the name of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev. During this period, important infrastructure measures were implemented in Nakhchivan, socio-economic development was ensured, and the defense potential of the autonomous republic was strengthened. In the perspective of opening the Zangezur corridor, the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic will also provide land connections with other regions of our country. As a result of the attention and concern of the President of the country, the introduction of the modern management model in Nakhchivan, institutional reforms, expansion of transport facilities, and finally the adoption of the "State Program for the socio-economic development of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic for 2023-2027" laid the foundation for a new stage of development in Nakhchivan.
