The students and teaching staff of Nakhchivan State University successfully participated in "Cyber Summer School 2025".
The students of Nakhchivan State University actively participated in the "Cyber Summer School 2025" project organized by the Association of Cyber Security Organizations of Azerbaijan (AKTA).
Head of the Chair of Information Technologies of Nakhchivan State University, teacher of the Chair of Electronics and Information Technologies Huseyn Asgarli, third-year students majoring in information technologies Nurjan Huseynova, Latifa Aynayeva and Tarlan Gojayeva participated in the event. they did.
The official opening ceremony of the event took place at the Bilgah Recreation Center of the State Security Service. In the training held at the Baku Higher Oil School on July 21-26, the participants learned about information security, SOC operations, ethical hacking, etc. acquired knowledge in such areas.
At the closing ceremony organized at the Baku Higher Oil School on July 26, the 5-day intensive activities of the summer school participants were evaluated and certificates were presented to them. Also, the teams with high results in the "Red Team-Blue Team" competitions were specially awarded.
It should be noted that 2 students of Nakhchivan State University were included in the teams with high results in the 1st and 3rd places. Thus, Nurjan Huseynova won as a member of the first place team, and Tarlan Gojayeva as a team member who won the third place.
Our university considers such initiatives very important in terms of developing the knowledge and skills of young people in the field of technology and supports the active participation of students.
