The teachers of NSU participated in the APTIS international level English language exam

For teachers of Nakhchivan State University (NDU) for four months already ongoing training on the international project has been completed. The project has been implemented within the joint cooperation of the British Council, BP and Nakhchivan State University.  Teachers of the university English language and teachers teaching in specialties taught in English participated in the training..

According to the program, teachers English language theoretical knowledge and teaching skills were improved. On this basis their knowledge of writing, reading, listening, speaking skills, vocabulary and grammar was assessed. Four trainers of the British Consulate understood course-based online training. 120-hour online trainings have been started with the participation of 39 teachers. In the end, 28 teachers who successfully completed the training gained the right to participate in the exam. On March 13-14, the final APTIS exam was held at the IELTS Center of NSU. The English language knowledge of the teachers participating in the project was evaluated.

We remind you that on October 16, 2024 date, the APTIS diagnostic test was held for the teachers who will first participate in the training. APTIS is an international level English language training based on the latest research in the field of English language assessment. A one-day face-to-face workshop for the participants was organized by the trainers of the British Consulate at NSU and started in online format. At the end, a certificate will be presented to the teachers who have successfully completed the ritual. alt="" width="450" height="300">
