A cooperation agreement was signed between Nakhchivan State University and Baku Slavic University

An event was held at the Master's and Doctorate Center of Nakhchivan State University regarding the signing of a cooperation agreement between Baku Slavic University and Nakhchivan State University. NSU rector Elbrus Isayev, BSU rector Anar Nagiyev, Milli Majlis deputy, BSU Journalism Department head Vugar Rahimzadeh, representatives of partner universities, teachers and students took part in the event. He thanked Rector Elbrus Isayev for co-chairing the 1st Republican Scientific Conference on "Inclusive education: achievements and future tasks" and inviting him to cooperate. At the same time, highly appreciating the organization of the event, he drew attention to the fact that 20% of the student body of NSU is foreign students, the largest number of foreign students among the country's universities study here, and he emphasized that hosting an event related to inclusion is an action on the ground. Rector Anar Nagiyev added that the opening of the Inclusive Education Center of NSU will pave the way for more successful projects in the future. He also noted that NSU's series of events within the framework of the Return to West Azerbaijan Concept attracted great attention in the country in the context of maintaining national and moral values ​​in the context of state policy . The Rector emphasized that there is a professional and attractive environment in NSU.

Vugar Rahimzadeh, deputy of the Milli Majlis, head of the Chair of Journalism of BSU, said that joint cooperation will be significant in the life of both universities. He said that the relations between BSU and NSU will bring new ideas and ideas in the development of science, education and social activity. The deputy added to his thoughts that NSU has achieved unique and memorable successes as a higher education institution and believes that it will continue to play a pioneering role in the country's education. The Rector said that  the I Republican Scientific Conference on "Inclusive education: achievements and upcoming tasks" once again instilled that in the approach to the concept of inclusion  the protection of the principles of equality and justice in society is important. In this aspect, Elbrus Isayev, who noted the importance of establishing an environment of cooperation between universities in our country, pointed out that NSU is always interested in cooperation in organizing joint events. Rector added that BSU has experience of holding three international conferences on inclusion, and this experience is important for us. Also, Rector Elbrus Isayev, who touched on the importance of the formalized cooperation between BSU and NSU, noted that the union will encourage closer activity in the future.   

Then a cooperation agreement was signed between Nakhchivan State University and Baku Slavic University. Rector Elbrus Isayev presented Baku Slavic University Rector Anar Nagiyev with a hand-made painting by the students of the Faculty of Arts of Nakhchivan State University as a souvenir of the event. At the end, certificates were presented to employees of NSU and partner universities who participated in the 1st Republican Scientific Conference on "Inclusive Education: Achievements and Future Tasks".
