Nakhchivan State University was recognized for its success in the International Culinary Competition in Istanbul

The students of Nakhchivan State University successfully represented our country in the International Culinary Competition called "Gastro Flavor Street" held in Istanbul on May 26-30. 11 universities from 16 countries, 22 high schools and courses at AMKA of the State Employment Agency participated in this prestigious competition organized by the World Chefs Union - WICS and the Confederation of Chefs and Confectioners of Turkey - TAŞPAKON. The team that participated in the competition under the leadership of PhD in philology, associate professor Matanat Guliyeva included three students and one employee. Among the students who distinguished themselves in the competition Gulnar Gambarli 3 silver medals, Inci Khalilova 2 silver medals, Sabina Najafli 1 bronze medal, Yegane Sadigova, head of the Chair of the "Methodology of Teaching Subjects and Technology Teaching" chair of the university 1 gold and 2 silver medals and a big trophy for 1st place were awarded. The university received a gold medal for these presentations.

The competition was of great importance in terms of the development of students' professional skills and the promotion of our national cuisine and cultural values on the international platform.
