The presentation of the new website of Nakhchivan State University Technical College was held

The presentation of a new website was held at the Nakhchivan State Technical College operating under the higher education institution. Elbrus Isayev, rector of Nakhchivan State University, spoke at the event and noted that expanding the college's digital capabilities, joining the electronic university project, as well as facilitating information exchange and strengthening relations with the public are the main goals of the new website. The rector said that the introduction of an electronic journal in the educational section of the site will facilitate the management process of tracking student achievements and class attendance, placing the academic calendar, exam questions, and educational programs. Elbrus Isayev added that the integration of digital technologies into the educational process not only improves the quality of education, but also increases efficiency. It was emphasized that the innovations implemented in the colleges of the university create ample opportunities for sub-bachelors to continue their studies at the bachelor and master levels after successfully completing their education. The rector also noted that the work done in this direction will make an important contribution to the training of professional personnel in higher education.

Director of the Technical College operating under Nakhchivan State University Asaf Rushanov gave an extensive report on the work done during the 2023-2024 academic year. In his speech, he emphasized that the planned and systematic implementation of the teaching process in the college had a positive effect on the quality of teaching. The director said that by integrating into the Electronic University project, individual work plans and syllabuses were prepared and approved during the year, and the work of subject associations was coordinated. Conducting exams through the electronic exam program creates a foundation for the successful implementation of the educational process. A total of 540 exams were organized using the electronic exam system and QR code encryption method, and teaching activities were successfully continued with a teaching staff of 70 people. At the same time, the opportunities of the electronic magazine were used in the assessment of the students' knowledge and skills, the general average achievement indicators, as well as the pre-exam scores were automatically calculated and sent to the students' personal offices. He emphasized that the official website of the Technical College operating under the university was developed by the Information Technologies chair of NSU using modern programming languages. He noted that the main menu of the new website (tekhnikikollec.ndu.edu.az), which consists of 5 sections and 9 subsections, taking into account user comfort and technical capabilities, includes "Home", "College", "Education", "Student Organizations", and "Contact" sections. The site contains general information about the college, photo and video materials, as well as information about the college's employees and events. The purpose of creating the new site is to make the site more accessible to all users, including all those who apply to the College, to respond more promptly to citizen requests and inquiries, to organize information and education about the activities of the College, to ensure that the public can obtain information about the activities of the Technical College freely, without obstacles and on equal terms for all.  Also, the domain address of the site was updated accordingly and provided with an e-mail address connected to the domain "ndu.edu.az". teacher Gumral Aliyeva shared their opinion about the site's functionality, convenient and accessible information.
