Rector of Nakhchivan State University Elbrus Isayev, Minister of Education of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Elkhan Najafov, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Farid Bagirzade, acting minister, Vice-Rector of Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University Asef Zamanov, Head of the Pedagogy and Psychology Chair of Baku Slavic University Pirali Aliyev, Khazar University Humanities, Education and the dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Aygün Verdiyeva, and other conference representatives participated. reducing discrimination is one of the main goals of the center. Development of students with special needs, comprehensive training support system, education and rehabilitation conditions have been created here.
