In Nakhchivan State University, the opening ceremony of the mini football competition dedicated to the year of the Constitution and sovereignty, included in the XVI Universiade program, took place

Teams of university faculties and teams of colleges operating under the university take part in the competitions. The competitions in which 10 teams participate are held on a round-robin basis.
