Presentation of three new information systems was held at Nakhchivan State University

On July 7, the Student Information Information System (TMIS), Inventory Information System (IMS) and Scientific Works Journal platform were presented at Nakhchivan State University. It was developed by the Chair of Information Technologies and emphasized that the three main systems put into use accelerate the university's digital development. He stated that these programs, which were presented, are aimed at achieving successful results in the direction of transparency, speed and automation in the management of education, organization and publication of scientific activities, as well as in the management of the material and technical base. Huseyn Asgarli informed about the Student Information Information System (STMIS). He noted that this system is one of the important stages of digital transformation, it is a modern and multifunctional platform that provides centralized management of student data.  From a technological point of view, TMIS is developed with modern programming technologies (PHP, Laravel, MySQL), enhanced with mobile version design, SSL security certificates and user role-based management. The system has been integrated with LMS, WhatsApp support, email notifications and other university systems, creating a complete ecosystem that works together. As a result, TMIS increases the effectiveness of the educational process with its capabilities such as centralization of student data, sharing of lesson and exam schedules, electronic exam, LMS integration, dormitory and payment modules, as well as creating statistical reports.

Pusta Zeynalova, Database Administrator of the Information Technology Department, spoke about the essence of the Scientific Works magazine platform. He said that the system aims to contribute to the dissemination of scientific knowledge and the development of academic exchange, as well as to create high-standard publication opportunities for researchers. It was emphasized that this platform enables the scientific potential of the university to be known and delivered to a wide audience with the author-reviewer interface, status tracking, online publication and article collection. 13.0pt">The system administrator of that department, Rashad Abbasov, shared the information about the Inventory Information System with the participants of the event.
