The expert on sustainable development of Nakhchivan State University participated in the trainings held in Sweden within the framework of the ENGAGE project

Erasmus+ project called "Strengthening sustainable entrepreneurship ecosystem in Azerbaijan higher education institutions" (ENGAGE), implemented with the financial support of the European Commission, coordinated by Mingachevir State University The implementation of the 4th work package, which aims to strengthen the sustainable entrepreneurship ecosystem at the institutional level, has been started. Within the framework of the work package, trainings will be organized in 4 regions (Baku, Ganja, Nakhchivan and Mingachevir) on topics such as the integration of activities related to the development of entrepreneurship into the development strategies of higher education institutions, training of academic staff in the field, organization of teaching issues of entrepreneurship as an elective subject in all specialties regardless of the specialty profile, the concept of entrepreneurship, financing of entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship. Also, it is planned to organize special trainings to strengthen women's entrepreneurship and involve at least 500 students with these trainings. representatives of 11 Azerbaijani higher education institutions, which are members of the project consortium, participated in the visit. Within the framework of the 5-day training program, the participants will learn strategies for improving the quality of education at both the organizational and subject level in strengthening organizational development, the implementation of effective quality assurance processes to improve the quality of education, the importance of training and support services to develop the experiences and teaching skills of academic staff, the integration of sustainable development goals and entrepreneurship skills into education, the use of digital technologies to increase problem-based learning opportunities and make educational services more accessible, using efficient and effective teaching practices to develop students' professional skills they got acquainted with presentations and held discussions on important topics such as researching methods of improving training results.

At the end of the training, according to the program, the participants were awarded certificates by KTH University.
