Employees of Nakhchivan State University have successfully completed the "Specialist Training on Elmmetric Bases" program

With the organization of the State Agency for Science and Higher Education, the companies "Elsevier" and "Clarivate" jointly implemented the "Specialist Training Program on Elmmetric Bases" for the first time. The main goal of this program, which lasted for four months, was to ensure the application of elmmetric and bibliometric databases such as "Scopus" and "Web of Science" in the country at an expert level. Three employees and one student of Nakhchivan State University were among these 28 people. Head of the "Pharmacy and Biochemistry" chair of the university Sura Rahimova, senior specialist of the Technological Transfer and Innovations department Huseyn Imanov, teacher Zahra Seyidgizi and student of the Faculty of Architecture and Engineering Shahriyar Guliyev were among the winners of the program.

On this occasion, Rector of Nakhchivan State University Elbrus Isayev held a meeting with employees. At the event, he drew attention to the importance of publishing teachers' articles in international scientific journals and the university's contribution to international reputation. Elbrus Isayev emphasized that these achievements are of great importance for the university and wished the employees success in their future activities. At the meeting, the rector also drew attention to the future plans of the university in the direction of the development of scientific research.

At the end of the event, the rector presented certificates and books to employees who successfully completed the program.
