A student conference was held for the first time at Nakhchivan State University. The conference was held under the theme "31 March Genocide: Historical Realities and Contemporary Challenges".

First, the dear memory of the martyrs who died for the homeland was commemorated with a minute of silence. Later, a video showing the facts of the genocide was watched.  He spoke about the historical facts of Genocide Day and the insidious policy of Armenians. He emphasized that tens of thousands of peaceful Azerbaijanis were mercilessly murdered only because of their nationality during these historical events, which are one of the most terrible tragedies that have happened to the people of Azerbaijan. He stated that the March genocides of 1918 are one of the bloodiest tragedies not only in Azerbaijan, but also in human history due to their cruelty and scale. Nazli Yagubova noted that the main goal of the event is to ensure that the role of young people is of particular importance in the process of always remembering these historical truths and conveying them to the international world. Students shared information on topics such as "violated sovereignty rights of Azerbaijan in the March 31 Genocide", "Breaking of the Nakhchivan blockade-Igdir-Nakhchivan gas line", "Repeat of history: from the Moscow and Kars agreement to the Shusha agreement", "Azerbaijan's historical victory - Ensuring state sovereignty", "March genocides-the role of Heydar Aliyev in the legal assessment of Armenian terrorism", "From tragedy to victory, the Second Karabakh war". alt="" width="450" height="300">
