A training on "Ethical principles and transparency in career" was held at NSU within the framework of the Career Fair

As we reported, within the framework of
"Career Exhibition 2"  covering the dates of June 10-12, a training on "Ethical principles and transparency in career" was held at Nakhchivan Technical College under Nakhchivan State University. final year students of the educational institution participated. It was emphasized that the exhibition provides an opportunity for the participants to communicate directly with potential employers, evaluate job opportunities on the spot according to their qualifications and present their personal skills. Aynura Seyidova added that within the framework of the two-day exhibition, it is planned to hold various trainings by specialists invited from the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Elshad Aliyev was trained. In the training, rules of ethical behavior, official behavior, bribery and corruption, prevention of corruption, ethical dilemmas, loyalty, legality and a number of issues related to the topic were explained with practical examples.

At the end of the interactive training, a gift was presented to the active participants. During the training, it was explained how adherence to ethical principles in the work environment, good decision-making and transparent communication affect long-term professional success. >
