Rector of NSU Elbrus Isayev met with students who won the international scholarship program

Rector of Nakhchivan State University Elbrus Isayev met with the students of the higher education institution who received international scholarships within the "Turkey Scholarships" program. The Rector highly appreciated that 11 students won the right to participate in the international scholarship program in the prestigious higher education institutions of Turkey in the first semester of the 2025-2026 academic year. It was emphasized that this success is not only an indicator of individual knowledge and skills, but also a real result of the work done in the direction of internationalization at the university. Also, students' access to the international educational environment is important for the university both academically and strategically.

During the meeting, the students also expressed their gratitude for the trust and support shown to them. They noted that the international experience they will gain within the framework of the exchange program will play an important role in their future careers. As a result of these activities, 10 of the 11 students selected based on academic indicators will study at Hacettepe University, and 1 will study at Istanbul University - Cerrahpaşa. Since 2012, the program known as "Turkey Scholarships" has been implemented under the coordination of the Directorate of Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB).
