Rector of NSU Elbrus Isayev received 11 students who will go to Romania through the EMSA Bucharest Twinning Exchange program.

Nakhchivan State University Rector Elbrus Isayev accepted 11 students who will go to Bucharest, the capital of Romania, through the EMSA Bucharest Twinning Exchange program.

Nakhchivan State University vice-rector for International Relations Aida Jalilzade, Head of the Human Resources and Legal Department Aziz Gasimov, Director of the Education Department Shahin Aliyev, students majoring in "Treatment" of the Faculty of Medicine of NSU, which is a member of EMSA, participated.

Rector of Nakhchivan State University Elbrus Isayev spoke about the relations of the higher education institution with local and foreign universities. He said that by means of the cooperation agreements, exchange programs, teachers and students are ensured to continue their education and activities for a period of time, practice and teach at foreign universities. The Rector emphasized that the main goal here is to teach students more qualitative and innovative approaches to education, to create opportunities for them to become better specialists using the programs of other universities. On this basis, the exchange program offers great opportunities to students. In the end, Rector  Elbrus Isayev told the students his recommendations  and wished them scientific achievements.

Let us note that the member of EMSA (European Medical Students Organization) of Nakhchivan State University olan Students of the Faculty of Medicine studying in the specialty "Treatment Work" will be at the "Carol Davila" University of Medicine and Pharmacy within the framework of the international exchange program. The exchange program will cover March 22-29, 2025. 11 students from Bucharest are expected to come to NSU in accordance with the exchange program from May 6-13, 2025.
