The memory of Bashir Mehdiyev, a martyred graduate of NSU, has been immortalized

          The opening ceremony of the military cabin named after the martyred lieutenant Bashir Mehdiyev was held at the Pedagogical Faculty of Nakhchivan State University. Rector of the university Elbrus Isayev, faculty members and family members of the martyr participated in the event.

Rector Elbrus Isayev emphasized in his speech that the way of the martyrs is an example for the youth, and the real lesson is learned from their heroic stories. He said that the memory of martyred graduates of the university who took part in both Karabakh wars was immortalized in the faculties where they studied.

It was noted that the first lesson of each new semester at NSU is held by the families of martyrs, and this tradition plays an important role in the formation of the patriotic spirit of young people.

Parents of martyred lieutenant Bashir Mehdiyev thanked the university management and said that this initiative is a source of great pride for them. His father Yusif Mirzayev specially noted the attention and care given to the families of the martyrs at the university.

Faculty deans and other speakers emphasized that Bashir Mehdiyev was an exemplary student, distinguished by his high moral qualities.

At the event speakers noted that such audiences play an important role in strengthening the feelings of patriotism among young people.
